Who we are

coffeeconsultant.pk is the website of Ahmed Hussain, a coffee consultant based in Lahore, Pakistan. You can reach him at info@coffeeconsultant.pk or on WhatsApp at +92 312 4006060.

What this website collects

This website does not ask you to create an account and does not store anything you type. The enquiry form on the home page, the contact page and the booking page runs in your browser: it composes a message and opens it in WhatsApp or in your email app. The message only leaves your device when you send it there yourself.

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may remember your light or dark theme choice in its own local storage; that setting never leaves your device.

The background video on the home page is played by YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may process technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the video under its own privacy policy.

What happens to the messages you send

Messages you send by WhatsApp or email are read by Ahmed to answer your enquiry and, if you work together, to deliver the consultation. They are not sold or shared with anyone else, except where a supplier or contractor needs details for your project and you have agreed to it.

Keeping and deleting your details

Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for your project or for answering follow-up questions. You can ask at any time for your messages and details to be deleted by writing to info@coffeeconsultant.pk.

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
